SBB was a finalist for the Stellar Award in the Human Resources Management Initiatives category!

 

 The Stellar Gala is an annual event organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Thérèse-De Blainville. It allows the companies of our MRC to shine and to highlight our achievements.

 

The summer schedule, the personal days off, the office layout with our gym and terrace, and the employer-contributed RRSPs were all elements that allowed SBB to become a finalist.

 

It is important for SBB to participate in these types of events and galas because they are excellent ways to network with other companies in the region and to draw inspiration from the strategies they have put in place to promote the development of their employees.
